Nevertheless, upon your explicit consent, Traveliotours.com will commence the delivery of the order promptly.

• Traveliotours.com provides a processing timeline for tour packages ranging from 24 to 72 business working hours. Depending on your booking category, we will make sure to deliver your travel documents promptly.

• It is possible for tour packages to experience delays due to the concerned department requiring additional documents after processing the request.

• Cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond human control, such as natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such situations, we may provide a full or partial refund, determined at our discretion.

• If you fail to arrive at the designated venue for the scheduled activity on time, your booking will be considered canceled. We retain the right to refuse any refund requests in such instances.

Refund Policy
